Customized Contracts: We assist in doing your staff contracts. Our contracts are based on the Basic Conditions of Employment Act as well as the rules and regulations of your Bargaining Council and industry. We supply you with three types of contracts:
 

  • Fixed term contract (From date to date)

  • Indefinite period contract (No end date)

  • Contingency / Part-time contract ( If and when needed)
    All of our contracts include a probation period.

  • Posters: You will receive a poster, which by law, must be displayed at your premises.
    Department of Labour can fine you up to R500.00 if they are not displayed on your premises.

  • Help line: You have access to advisors 24/7 to answer all your labour related queries. They will give you expert advice on exactly what to do, and even set up all the relevant documentation with the correct wording.
